the hotel was wonderful and fairly clean with lovely views of the park. marvellous location a super close walk to a gothic church, we really enjoyed it.

Didn't like the area, it was pretty noisy.

Thanks to the staff for being supper friendly and providing us with a very good service. The rooms are a decent size and nice styled and have nice views of the park.

The city view was amazing, but street noise was a real issue at night.

Staying here for celebrating birthday was incredible, totally recommendable. The staff was nice all day long. For instance, problem was fixed immediately. Fresh bread, granola, pastries, and yoghourt for our breakfast were amazing.

The room was new-fashioned and amazing, we had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The hotel staff was very, very nice and welcoming...

The river view room was spacious, offering fine views. The location was perfect for exploring the historic areas, and the ambiance was beautiful.

Breakfast requires a request for cooked items like eggs and bacon, which can leave guests guessing. Bathrooms are notably small compared to room size, which could be a drawback for some. The boutique charm seems to have diminished with the Olivia brand influence, lacking the warmth it once had.

The brekkie was a total winner, freshly baked pastries and they whipped up some eggs just how I like! Plus the staff were like chommies, always ready to help. That river view from our room? Eish, worth every cent!

Only bummer was that the room was a bit tight for space, but we were mostly out exploring anyway.

great staff but tired hotel

The staff were warm and helpful , which enhanced my overall experience. The room offered a lovely city view that was a pleasant surprise. The location was convenient for exploring local landmarks, with access to the city's rich history.

Had a blast at Exmo Hotel! Loved the comfy bed and awesome city view from my cozy room. The breakfast was legit one of the best I've had. Only issue was a bit of traffic noise with the balcony open.

the atmosphere is fantastic with great decor and vibes the breakfast spread is a feast with fresh juices pancakes and local treats like 'pastel de nata' the staff made us feel like family

Staff provided great service, significantly enhancing the experience, while breakfast offered good tapas options. Unfortunately, the noisy intersection nearby detracted from the overall tranquility, and some rooms had small bathrooms, which might be inconvenient for some guests. Despite these issues, the fine river view from the balcony was a highlight was great.
